It was tough to figure out exactly which book was Silas’ favorite this year. He is so in love with so many books. Caps for Sale is a perennial favorite, as is Goodnight, Gorilla. He likes Curious George pretty well, though I wouldn’t put it in the top tier. And, of course, Winnie the Pooh and Charlotte’s Web are both more like entire universes than books at this point. He loves all kinds of folk tales, especially Anansi stories.
JC and I both came to the same conclusion, separately.
We’re pretty sure this is the first book he’s ever completely memorized.

Having Netflix-only is a big part of it. But mostly, he just sees us reading All. The. Time. Kids want to do what their parents do.
